Pros
If your a self starter and function well on your own, this is a job for you, hardly any interaction from higher ups. They seem to only have enough time to put out fires and expect the impossible. The esop if you can bear to hang in there. Benefits are expensive but decent.
Cons
Five years ago i would have told you this was a Great company to be a part of. They keep growing, biting off too much too fast and forget the true values of the original company and the sales force. All the micro managing is making the tree completely top heavy, Alot of talent in the sales field have grown the company by hard work and dedication, and have lost up to a third of their livelihood in order to accommodate the rapid growth and added management (most of whom probably have never seen the work of what grew the trunk of the tree) Haven't heard any of upper management taking a pay cut for the team. Don't expect to receive a Merry Christmas or Happy Easter from this so called Christian company :(
