      Great management team, they were very flexible and always available to help.

      Cons

      Commute to and from Naperville to Chicago not the greatest.

      Thanks for the review! Happy to hear you had the management support and flexibility you needed. Chicago to Naperville can be quite a haul depending on where you live, so I understand that struggle. While our hybrid work policy offers 2 days remote, 3 days in office, we know that's not going to work for everybody. I hope you were able to land somewhere else that's better suited for you.       Not the rating we strive for, but we appreciate your input regardless. While some people crave overtime, it's harder on others. I'm hoping you've had a chance to address your concerns about OT and cleanliness with your Supervisor and HR. If not, I encourage you to do so. A transparent discussion might lead to positive change for you and others. A cleaner warehouse is a safer warehouse! Thanks for the feedback.

      Great benefits, both contractually defined and soft benefits. Employee-owned and operated. Hardworking and friendly coworkers

      Cons

      The pay rate is frequently below market rate and pay raises can be less than 1% per year. The company is in an aggressive growth period which can lead to some chaos in terms of project priority and workload.

      Hey there coworker! I appreciate the work you do in keeping our digital workplace clean and secure. You're right - we DO have an amazing benefits package, especially considering our Employee Stock Ownership Plan that recently contributed 25% of annual base earnings towards eligible employees' retirement.
