Culture - they encourage you to bring your whole self to work Variety - even though you get hired for one job, you don't do just that job... you'll be expected to do what it takes to complete the job Great people - greatest group of people I've ever worked with

Cons

They work in silos - right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing There's no standardization - if you need processes and order this isn't the company for you Not a lot of room for growth
