      Pros

      You have financial security with ESOP. KeHE offers great perks and benefits along with great company environment that is best I have seen in my 12+ years of professional experience.

      Cons

      It has been a struggle with timely promotions, however, with certain programs that KeHE offers, a person can slowly but eventually get promoted.
