Good money, fast paced, disorganized supervisors/managers.

Pay is decent, Most of the co-workers were cool. Rhonda, 3rd shift supervisor was great to work with.

Cons

Very disorganized. They've bit off more than they can chew honestly. They're quick to reprimand and fire people. Idiotic decisions made by a couple of the supervisors/management to get rid of the cleaning crew because we weren't working fast enough made absolutely no sense. Decisions like that only hindered employees work and left the warehouse a disaster with all the broken product never being cleaned up for weeks, if at all. Faulty equipment as well, Regularly the reach trucks would malfunction and break. Not enough equipment for everyone either.

Somewhat clean break room, that’s all.

Cons

Everything. Even the interview was bad and was misleading. Pay was average and work was slave work worse than Amazon. 16 hour shift is horrible and they expect you to come back to clock in again in 8 hours. Terrible

Pros

Their charitable donations & community volunteering are decent. Company is employee owned but that’s only beneficial if you’re there 10+ years. Generally, co-workers and management are kind & easy to get along with.

Cons

Ordering is very difficult for customers & inventory management is out dated and inefficient. Upper level management is 99% white male and there’s very little diversity amongst mid level management either. HR is consistently hostile & aggressive towards employees and the benefits & pay they present at time of hire is not at all what it seems.
