      Pros

      Work life balance has improved quite a lot. The company is making a concerted effort to improve diversity and women are holding more leadership positions.

      Cons

      Marketing leadership is dysfunctional. Communication among the team is hard to come by and t's hard to know who to trust.

      People are both very fun/interesting and intelligent/have incredible work ethic The environment is inclusive, supportive, and collaborative Not at all bro-y

      Cons

      Just like any mgmt consulting the work is hard and can get long hours As a BA you get limited power over where your career will go in terms of expertise

      - Immediate exposure to high-impact iinteresting projects with lots of responsibility at analyst level - Amazing people - Global reach with opportunities for international travel - Opportunities to engage with colleagues of all levels on a regular basis and find mentors - very flat organization - Transparent promotion structure

      Cons

      - the hours can certainly be long and intense during certain times on projects - while many people do a great job of going into the office when they can, due to the nature of travel schedules etc. there are often many people you will not see around for extended periods of time
