Pros
Great culture (warm, collaborative, approachable) that is actually very consistent across offices and countries. I enjoy seeing my colleagues in the office on Friday and aside from a random bad apple here and there, just about everyone passes the airport test.
Cons
The promotion process is highly subjective and often depends more on your network than your capabilities. Not always a huge diversity of project types and fairly easy to get pigeon-holed in procurement, PMO, or etc.
