      Collaboration is truly embedded in the culture, relationships with colleagues and clients are focused on making a difference, entrepreneur spirit Mid term growth plan is strong

      Cons

      Despite being a global firm, you can still encounter a lot of local/country driven mind-set Still struggling with building the brand, driving limited exit strategies

      Pros

      Great culture (warm, collaborative, approachable) that is actually very consistent across offices and countries. I enjoy seeing my colleagues in the office on Friday and aside from a random bad apple here and there, just about everyone passes the airport test.

      Cons

      The promotion process is highly subjective and often depends more on your network than your capabilities. Not always a huge diversity of project types and fairly easy to get pigeon-holed in procurement, PMO, or etc.

      - Collaborative culture and diverse teams of equally brilliant people stand out - Incredible learning curve for a junior - personal and professsional development through engagement in a wide variety of projects and ongoing feedback from peers and managers - Many training opportunities with courses taking place with other EMEA offices, giving the opportunity to both learn and build a strong network

      Cons

      Long/unpredictable hours which make it challenging to schedule dinners with friends/exercise but that is to be expected in the job and can be managed by being proactive
