      - Amazing support network (i.e. mentor, staffing team and peers) combined with a great feedback culture that allows you to grow professionally very quickly - Interesting project work with challenging roles once the trust of your N+1 is gained - High-caliber colleagues

      Cons

      - Long hours depending on the practice - Commute to remote places for some projects - Beach time can sometimes be a bit long

      Strong leadership team with a focus on growth Authentic and collaborative are values that are lived here daily - not just branding buzz words Good working style with clients - very collaborative approach. This also helps a lot to expand the professional network

      Cons

      Although we have European-wide practices, there is still a country-level mindset, at switching office can be a challenge (depending on your practice affiliation)

      - Long hours during project work, which is typical of consultancies in general - A lot of travelling depending on which practice you join - Can be a long promotion cycle
