Pros

Downtown office. Pleasant, spacious, modern office with great views and alternative available seating. Free snacks and drinks. Happy hour Friday.

Cons

Way understaffed; impossible to meet work demands within a regular work day. Many frequently work double shift without extra pay.

Pros

Nice people, smart colleagues. Collegial atmosphere Some nice engagements. Opportunity to grow professionally. Good comp and nice perks

Cons

Limited brand awareness and recognition. Not perceived as a tier 1 consultancy by clients and by perspective employers Slow growth of the firm somewhat hinders career opportunities. Lack of scale and limited brand recognition makes it really hard to work with tier 1 clients.
