Pros

Current leadership has done an excellent job of focusing the firm on future growth. Investing in higher performing consultants and the overhead necessary to grow the firm to $2B/yr. Focus on high performance culture is making an impact.

Cons

The staff pyramid is not always great, need many more Business Analysts to really improve. A minority of partners do not act like long-term owners of the business, they tend to focus solely on delivering current work but have not fully embraced the importance of recruiting quality talent.
