      Good focus on supply chain and operations ...strong in Retail and Consumer segment

      Cons

      Good place for ops and supply chain/procurement.........not strong in FS or other disciplines...engagements tend to be oriented around operations work ..less on strategy...

      Smart but grounded people Plenty of camaraderie

      Most of work is routine drudgery. Not much "Strategy" done here. 80-90% of work is sourcing and its boiler plate work Many managers equate work with the number of Powerpoint slides generated per day. A 16-20 slide deck per week is routine even though client flips thru them in 15 seconds and is done

      Pros

      People are supportive and nice, focus on quality of the deliveries to clients, provide not only strategic suggestoins and solutions, but also put a lot effort to help client execute and implement the strategy

      Cons

      The business expansion as well as telants development were not good in the past few years. Lost many good quality people in both consultants pool and service pool.
