      Pros

      Had some really amazing teams to work with. People genuinely wanted to help each other meet end goals. Enjoyed the social activities/events hosted for employees like dinners, meet and greets, art show in SF

      Cons

      Some leaders would assign jr people t work on an assignment to plan out but always went with plan created by senior person.

      Access to C-level executives, experience across multiple industries, experience across many countries, high level experience with analysis, publications and presentations, employees are trusted, hard work is rewarded, great corporate culture

      Cons

      Turbulent Management Buy Out about 8 years ago, but management has adjusted.

      Pros

      Highly capable people, who enjoy working in teams. Much more diverse than few years ago and more and more strategic work. Recently changed its compensation and bonus structure, which was about time to compete with MBBs of the world. Change towards a high performers culture, which is a major shift in Kearney's culture as it will push competition within the firm.

      Cons

      Limited employee benefits (e.g. gym contribution) and only few inter-office events (e.g. Dallas meets NY)
