      None. / Hard to find any positives.

      Cons

      Joining this company was the biggest mistake of my career. Not only did it completely derail my career plan, but it was also a massive waste of time that left me mentally exhausted. There are too many negative aspects to list here, but the bottom line is this: save your time, your energy, and your mental health by staying far away from this place. Don't make the same mistake I did.

      Management thinks employees are disposable

      Pros

      There isn't anything to enjoy about working here, nor are there any benefits in doing so. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

      Cons

      Employees are just disposable pawns in the eyes of management. It doesn't matter how long you've worked for the company or how much you've contributed, if your usefulness has run out, management won't hesitate to throw you away. They don't even bother helping you find a new job, you're just kicked out and left to fend for yourself.

      Shady HR Practices

      Pros

      Appreciated the colleagues on my immediate team. The team environment was collaborative, knowledgeable, and overall a strong place to grow skills.

      Cons

      Where I had concerns was with upper management and some HR practices. Leadership often lacked transparency and consistency, which affected overall trust. More importantly, the company requested and used a consumer report during an internal process without my authorization. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), employers are required to obtain written consent before pulling a consumer report. In my case, this step did not occur, which I found troubling and not aligned with best HR practices. While my team experience was positive, the lack of adherence to proper compliance standards and leadership issues left me with a negative impression.
