      Extremely toxic and volatile. Turnover is horrendous.

      Started off well but faded quickly

      Extremely toxic and volatile workplace. Their turnover is some of the worst I ever seen. People are laid off for reasons so petty it’s shocking. Or people leave on their own due to management with their lies, insults and toxicity. There is a reason why they are constantly hiring, they can’t keep people longer than 6 months.

      Cons

      They will no notice fire you after telling you everything is fine and you're doing great. Everyone scrambles to the whims of the CTO and the technology is held together by duct tape and baling wire.

      Looks like the CEO finally quit writing glorious reviews for himself here on Glassdoor, so progress!

      The CEO refers to himself as an "Alpha Male" and "Mathematical genius" which probably tells you everything you need to know. Everything good he did, everything bad somebody else did. This includes his own CTO. I used to somehow get caught between them in arguments. CEO told me he was never wrong, CTO told me the CEO has no idea what it takes to develop software. CTO built the company but owns a fraction of it. CRAZYTOWN!!
