Pros

My coworkers were friendly and great to work with which made working here a little less miserable.

Cons

Management is hostile towards employees. A lot of people have ended up leaving Keeper security because of their toxic behavior. They set unreasonable expectations, and blow up whenever those expectations aren’t met. They leave no room for errors, and yell at employees for making mistakes instead of providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Pros

Wow. Can’t say enough good things about this company. The moment I met Sean Elder in the interview process I knew this was going to be a place that I would work for a very long time. Instantly hit it off. This is by far the best place I’ve worked in my 17 years of sales. In addition to Sean Elder, James Pickard and Dylan Delaquila have been amazing leaders and will make sure they dedicate the time and resources to make sure you are successful. Our executive leadership lead by Darren Guccione and Craig Lurey are also fantastic leaders and will not hesitate to jump on a call to assist with a customer. Very rare have I seen C-Level leaders with willing to get in the trenches with their front line employees. Remote work, great pay, sounds cliche, but this has seriously been my dream job. The past 3 years here have been incredible.

Cons

There are always things that we can do to get better, but the benefits of working here make any potential “cons” irrelevant.
