However we strongly disagree with your other characterizations of our organization. Performance expectations and quota adjustments are based on market conditions, company growth goals, and data-driven planning—not reactive decision-making. We are committed to providing structure, ongoing training and transparency. We continuously refine our onboarding and enablement programs to better support our sales teams.
