Pros

Remote work, but then you realize that conditions for employees are not acceptable. There are some teammates who are ok, but they don’t stand long here. The core problem is leadership. Management and CEO create a culture of fear, instability and disrespect which undermines the entire organization. CEO is the threat to this company.

Cons

The product and its processes are fundamentally broken. Proper operational structure does not exist and the company is shrinking as a result. I would never deploy this solution to any environment, it is not trustworthy. Outside of DevOps, all operational processes are reorganized as employees cycle in and out within months, either leaving voluntarily or being laid off. The company is extremely cheap: poor compensation, the worst medical insurance I’be seen and 401k which does not include core funds. When you learn about company, it becomes clear how CEO and CTO managed to run it - regardless of the damage to employees. They bring culture of burnout and pressure. No loyalty or professional development.

Keeper is very proud of our leadership, product, and employee experience and strongly disagrees with your characterization. Keeper continues to invest heavily in product innovation, security, and operational rigor and we are trusted by thousands of organizations globally. Our leadership team is focused on building a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. We also want to address several inaccuracies. Our benefits package includes platinum-rated health insurance plans with deductibles that are significantly below market averages, as well as a 401(k) program offering a broad selection of core funds that are performing at or above industry benchmarks. We regularly review compensation and benefits to remain competitive and support our employees’ well-being. As with any growing organization, change and high expectations are part of the environment, but we are committed to providing structure, development opportunities and support for our teams.

Pros

They spend a ton on marketing

Cons

Poorly managed company. The CEO cycles through sales leaders continuously, and there’s a reason for it. I had three managers in less than a year. I cannot recommend enough to anyone who takes their career seriously, don’t bother applying here.

We strongly disagree with the characterization of our leadership team. Our CEO and executive team remain deeply committed to building a strong, high-performing organization. We recognize that manager transitions can be challenging and continue to focus on providing consistency, support and clear direction for our teams. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to providing a world class employee experience.

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I do not know how anyone stays at this place. If you look at the average tenure of the sales team it is less than 2 years for good reason. The management ( especially the CEO ) is a dangerous combination of arrogance and ignorance. Someone called him an Elon Musk want to be. They have very unrealistic expectations from both a sales and work expectations. It is run like an authoritarian monarchy with zero people skills. Should you try to bring up anything that could be improved upon, you will be terminated within a few weeks. At one point an entire division left within 3 months as they had enough. A direct quote from someone in management was " my biggest issue is employee retention and trying to backfill the open roles". That speaks volumes.

Keeper is deeply committed to fostering a welcoming and teamwork-oriented culture, with a focus on open door inclusive leadership. Our executive team is highly engaged in the business and committed to driving performance, innovation and long-term growth. Expectations are high, particularly within our sales organization, but they are aligned with our goals as a competitive, fast-growing company. We do not tolerate retaliation for constructive feedback, and we encourage open communication across all levels of the organization. We value all feedback and continue to invest in our people, processes, and leadership development to ensure a supportive and results-driven workplace.
