Rather than creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and professional growth, management relies on pressure, intimidation, and public scrutiny to drive results.
The CEO's leadership style creates an atmosphere where employees are afraid to speak up, challenge ideas, or provide honest feedback. Decisions often feel reactive and disconnected from the realities of the business. Morale suffers because employees are treated as expendable rather than valued contributors.
