      Good compensation, great bonus structure, quarterly team bonding events, semi-weekly catered lunches, direct access to leadership, casual workplace, growing sense of community, rapidly growing and moving workplace, stellar product

      -Incredible people. Far and away the most talented and intelligent group I've had the opportunity to work alongside -Interesting product to work with in a major field -Moving to a new office and growing quickly -Very little red tape - the company has shown a willingness to quickly pivot on projects or to invest in resources -Tons of opportunities to support projects outside your current department -Casual office environment -Catered lunches every other Friday

      -Some of the normal growing pains that can be expected in a start-up environment, which isn't a fit for anyone.

      Challenging, but rewarding

      Pros

      The engineering office is full of really excellent minds across all of the development teams. The product is useful, and I actually look forward to working on new features. Management treats their employees well, and provides plenty of drinks, snacks and all the coffee you could ever want!

      Cons

      As deadlines get closer, sometimes your team may have to stay a little later to push out some new feature faster. This happens so rarely, and it is balanced out by days with not a lot of pressing work, so I would hardly even say that's a con.
