First off the interview process I thought was great as it was very efficient! Excellent management that really cares about you and your career progression! They also provide catered lunches every pay period which is a nice perk!

Good place to work at with good work challenges

- The company is in a good place competing with the top companies in the password management market - The product is great and focuses on security, AND there is a lot of room for improvement (Good challenges) - I like most of the team members (including the CTO) - Not too much politics that you see in big companies - Good work-life balance ( with few exceptions of course, but it is expected in the software industry) - Snacks - I like going to the office everyday and working thru the keeper challenges with my colleagues.

Cons

- No working from home policy, especially when having a doctor appointment during the day, but management is actively working on creating one very soon. - No ping pong table - The company should invest more in training (conferences, tech talks ...)
