Pros

solid product with a great development team. the coworkers are

Cons

the leadership/middles management is horrible! which is a shame because so many of the employees are awesome and hardworking yet the leadership likes to claim all of the success as their own while blaming all of their failings on the employees. VERY toxic work culture! no work life balance or flexibility and absolute no care is given to employee well being.

Keeper is a truly performance based organization and very transparent in setting high standards of performance and personal accountability. We care deeply about creating and maintaining a balanced work/life routine, and have set up flexible schedules and policies to align with those values. Keeper has an open door policy and any member of our leadership will make time to address any specific concerns you may have. Additionally, our HR team is always accessible and available to help!

Great sales job

Pros

Almost all of my demand is generated by the company versus cold calling. Quotas went down this year. The commission earning potential is really great. The product is great and is in very high demand. I control my sale in terms of being competitive. I like being busy and there is always something to do here. I've read the reviews but I have to say that my leadership team supports me, all the way up to the CEO and CTO. They are both hands on everyday. That scares some people but I see it as an advantage.

Cons

There is an expectation of a strong work ethic. The job is very busy. We have lost teammates this year who couldn't keep or were looking for more balance.

Keeper takes our commitment to our employees within our organization very seriously and we vehemently defend our culture and our people. Keeper is always working to evolve and enrich our internal training programs. It sounds like you may not have participated in the latest iteration of new hire sales onboarding that sets our employees up for success. This program includes four dedicated weeks of guided training via Keeper University and ongoing weekly training on a variety of job-relevant topics. Keeper has an open door policy. Any member of our leadership will make time to address any specific concerns you may have. Additionally, our HR team is always accessible and available to help.
