Pros

Decent product. Market average pay.

Cons

Toxic management. Employees are put last. Fear motivating tactics. This environment will create stress constantly. They have top performing reps that are always worried about being cut. The script changes so easily, because they are very subject to market conditions. They promote a tremendous growth rate, but then will perform cuts every few months or so because of how vulnerable to the market they are. I understand needing to put stakeholders first and that it is business, but as an employee you can certainly find another successful company out there that doesn’t have this toxic environment.

At Keeper, we do not engage in unconstructive dialogue. Generally, Keeper does not conduct layoffs. We are transparent in setting high standards of performance and personal accountability. We recognize and reward employees accordingly and we vehemently defend our culture and our people.

Pros

I can't read another one of these sour grape reviews without responding and speaking my truth. Keeper is a lot of things, but its not toxic, dishonest, sociopathic, or any of the other crap I've seen written here. Get a grip on the hyperbole. No one likes to be laid off, fired or otherwise told to leave for whatever reason, but you would think by reading some of these reviews that Keeper is the only company in the world that's ever done so. Keeper pays very well and is inbound sales driven and in return there are expectations. Welcome to sales. I'm happy that I have a leadership team that is forthright, invests in my success, and holds me accountable when necessary and I'm a better rep because of it. If you want to be coddled this isn't the right place. If you want personal and professional development, this is the spot.

Cons

No 401K match stinks. High growth can make work/life balance a challenge. No presidents club or other reward program beyond the commission plan. Super high top-down management.

Pros

no pros just a lot of dishonesty, toxicity, and chaos.

Cons

I have worked in the field of tech sales for years and NO company has come close to being this bad or dishonest. Just look at the recent reviews. I'm hysterically laughing at these obviously fake 5 star reviews (probably for the HR or CEO) that pop up to make the company look good. - extremely toxic culture which comes from the leadership and middle management. They want you to be stressed, frustrated and over worked. They thrive in creating an environment where you will be ridden with anxiety due to subtle threats every team/company meeting. -Anytime someone talks about the horrible culture at Keeper, the HR/leadership will play the victim-blaming game and insinuate the employees lack passion and handle "fast-past/competitive work environment". When in realty I have worked for companies that were more fast paced and competitive but still enjoyed because it was not a complete hell-scape nightmare like keeper. -Absolutely no job security, they recently went through layoffs but instead of doing the right thing and calling it layoffs. the leadership and HR claimed it was due to "performance" this way they could save face, continue to look like things are on the up and up and not have to give any severances. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Keeper is a truly performance based organization and any exits reflect this policy. We are very transparent in setting high standards of performance and personal accountability throughout the Keeper lifecycle. We also care deeply about creating and maintaining a balanced work/life routine, and have set up flexible schedules and policies to align with those values. We provide each sales rep with an extensive sales territory containing thousands of prospects, access to channel relationships to drive business and inbound leads which convert at world-class rates. Quotas are derived from actual deal sizes and historical performance and take into account all factors impacting our sales team. Lead response SLAs and documentation standards are set and communicated. Keeper measures sales reps on a number of factors beyond sales quota. The biggest factor is performance in a peer group based on a similar role and time at the company. We do release underperforming team members and have always done so. Above all our CEO & C-Level always strive to best honor our stakeholders, customers, and most importantly, our hard working employees.
