      Unrealistic & Fake CEO, no job security

      Pay is decent. Fully remote.

      Cons

      When you are worried about why the CEO is messaging you or sending a random video call through, there’s a problem. It’s never a “let’s discuss this issue” type of situation, it’s more like a frustrated rant of why something is terrible and you have to redo it. And the overly aggressive mindset of “we are going to crush the entire industry with our product” when there aren’t even enough sales to keep an employee for a full year, so you end up getting laid off with absolutely zero notice.

      Excellent culture and benefits The best upper management team I've ever worked with Job security and insane opportunities

      If you're incapable of strong focus for long hours, you may have a tough time An above-average intellect and constant learning are required to service the product in its nuances If you don't like having a lot of client meetings, it may not be for you

      not really much , I would rather be homeless and broke then to work here

      A company that thrives on STRESS, ANXEITY and FEAR, the HR will lie on here when they are creating their fake "5 star reviews" and claim that "if you are willing to put in the work you will see success in this job" when in reality this is a bold face lie. Expect no job security. except leadership that is delusional and incompetent. that will blame employees for their own shortcoming while creating a horrid environment that is impossible to succeeded in. Expect very littlie to no support. And honestly I can go on and on.....
