      Pros

      My supervisor recognized my strength in contributing across functional teams and I was rewarded with a promotion that made excellent use of my wide ranging skills and desire to have a variety of duties. Everyone in the company is invested in the product. We use our own software in-house and this leads to all team members having very strong product knowledge. Having team members across the board understand the product we develop is tremendously helpful when working across teams. I love managing a team here. My own team is very self motivated and productive. My managers are appreciative of the content we produce and supportive when we need resources to improve that content.

      Cons

      Keeper was once a startup and the startup culture is definitely evident in our work environment. Many team members wear a lot of hats and that type of environment is not for everyone.

      Pros

      Starting with a clean slate isn’t for everybody. You are in control of your day and your future and the actions you take. Tons of flexibility and less red tape. A product our customers truly love and believe in. Customers look forward to hearing from us (very different than previous experience I’ve had, it’s refreshing.) I have gotten back all of the effort I have put in and more.

      Cons

      I can’t say I have any from my position and experience and the leaders I have had at Keeper. I think some people take remote work for granted and eventually that will catch up. Keeper isn’t afraid to throw you in the deep end and find out if you can swim and work autonomously

Many team members thrive in a remote work environment, but we are pleased to also offer an in-office and hybrid option for employees located near our offices.
