Pros

Amazing people and a genuinely authentic culture. I’ve made some really good friends here, and there’s a strong sense of trust and transparency across teams. People care deeply about doing the job right and about the success of the people around them, not just their own. On the sales side, it makes a huge difference working for a company where you fully believe in the product. Having customers who are genuinely better off because of what you sell makes the work both easier and far more rewarding.

Cons

Cons are that I didn't get to Keeper sooner!

Pros

Great remote culture with strong collaboration across the team. The company has a flat structure, encourages independence, and offers a fast-paced, autonomous work environment.

Cons

Benefits are limited. The company currently provides only basic health, dental, and vision coverage, with no 401k… wellness perks, or additional employee benefits.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Keeper Security. We’re glad to hear that you’ve enjoyed our remote-first culture, collaborative environment, and the autonomy that comes with our flat organizational structure—those are aspects we work hard to foster. We also appreciate your feedback regarding benefits and would like to clarify a few points for both you and future readers. Keeper offers top-tier health benefits, including medical plans with deductibles that are significantly lower than many companies of our size, all at a very competitive employee cost. In addition, we provide a robust 401(k) plan, as well as wellness benefits that include gym discounts and other health-focused perks. We recognize that benefits information can sometimes be overlooked or unclear during onboarding, and we’re always happy to help. If you’re not already familiar with the full scope of our offerings, we encourage you to reach out to the HR team for more details—we’d be glad to walk you through everything available to you. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for being part of the Keeper team.
