      Great Company | Focus on Money

      Pros

      The managers on the CSM team are incredible. They want you to succeed and will work with you through multiple strategies/join calls to help close deals or answer questions. Support and Sales Engineers were always willing to help! As long as you are calling on clients and having meeting with them, you will most likely make A LOT of money in this role.

      Cons

      Round robin for accounts is not always "fair" since the Inside Sales Rep could have sold them the moon but really the client only needed stars, so when their renewal comes around there may be churn. Also, some of the managers are fairly new to managing so they don't know the best way to deliver feedback to their employers. Also, some of upper management can act on their emotions before really understanding the bottom line.

      Pros

      Keeper has been growing/scaling at a rapid rate with strategic focuses on its teams and industry leading products. The leaders and executives, aware of focus areas that are important to evolve with the growth, have taken amazing strides to focus on employee engagement, retention, training and personal growth amongst a now, almost fully remote workforce. The environment is not a micromanaged one, so the people who tend to thrive here are very self motivated professionals who are recognized and rewarded for their contributions and hard work. I love that I get both with Keeper - the personal gratification of seeing my impact and the support and recognition from my peers and leaders.

      Cons

      Not a con, but I wouldn't recommend this environment to those who aren't able to consistently fill their own schedules and who aren't driven to perform at their best. As previously stated, we aren't micromanaged but our work is very visible. We have the ability to make amazing strides and impact the growth of a strongly planted company in a very competitive landscape. Some people prefer large companies where their footprint isn't as impactful, which isn't a bad thing, it just doesn't really align with Keeper's goals and trajectory.

      While Keeper’s ambitions are commendable, it may not be the perfect fit for everyone. The company sets high goals and occasionally embraces challenging situations, making it a potentially stressful environment for those who prefer a more relaxed pace. I'd suggest this opportunity to seasoned professionals, as new employees are expected to hit the ground running. Conflicting philosophies can arise, so being prepared to defend your ideas, and justify your work is essential. The CEO is incredibly driven, and he expects the same level of dedication from his employees.
