Pros

Even if my future career path some day leads me away from Keeper, I will be a forever user of Keeper. Keeper is growing and is bringing more amazing people on every day to support and drive that growth. It's fast-paced and exciting and still small enough for everyone to have a voice.

Cons

There are some normal growing pains; new/more policy and procedure, occasional realignment/reorganization of teams and reporting lines, etc.

Pros

The company fosters an open door policy and is very open and direct with communication. There have been a lot of changes to this company over the last few years as it's grown exponentially, but both founders, Darren and Craig, have never lost sight of what's important the most - their people. Not to mention the culture of this company rocks. It's truly one of the best places I've worked for.

Cons

Low base salaries (but super high commission plans so this really isn't even a negative unless you don't want to put in the work), not many options for growth within sales.
