      Pros

      While the sales leadership has changed, I can honestly say it's changed for the better. My new director is a freaking rock star. I have a LOT of good balance in my life but I'm also in sales so I'm here for the money. And the harder I work, the more I make. If you're not prepared to work hard, you won't do well here. That's the truth. The company has been reorganized since Insight started investing, and it's been a lot of change but GOOD ONES. I have access to all of the C levels and all of them have helped me close deals. I've never experienced anything like that and it's very cool. Being in a pandemic, I'm grateful to have a job and benefits, but I certainly didn't expect that it would be one of the best earning years ever. I think that says a LOT.

      Yes. You're expected to work very hard. Yes, change happens. Yes, people are asked to leave if they're not performing. It's sales.

      Pros

      - We sell best of breed technology (Keeper is by far the best product in the space) - Our CRO and sales leader is more than happy to get in the trenches with us reps which is awesome. - Sales leadership provides us with an abundance of resources - There's a lot of opportunity for career development (multiple tiers of sales roles and an emphasis on promotion) - Cybersecurity is a great market within tech so that is a plus as well

      Cons

      - Earlier this year there was a lot of change in the company and things were fairly unorganized but that has improved drastically as of recent.
