      Pros

      Since starting here at Keeper I have had great management that has helped lead me to my current success. Management continually reminds us that they are working for us to be successful, and they prove this time and time again by the help provided to each rep. Along with the professional advice they provide they also are there to make sure we are happy in our current role. It has been great to see how this company has grown in the time I have been here and I look forward to the future here at Keeper.

      Cons

      Due to the current pandemic I haven't been able to work in the office much so you lose some of the culture aspect of a company. This is something that is affecting every organization during these times.

      CEO lacks empathy and behaves erratically Employees prepped on handling erratic behavior from the CEO Micromanagement, no autonomy, no ownership Management frequently contradicts each other Teams are siloed and not cohesive Frequent employee turnover Read the old 1-star reviews–the same issues exist today
