The company lacks many of the standard processes you expect to be on that stage and leadership is the major concern. There appears to be a lack of relevant expertise and experience in key positions. There is no culture, no HR and no training. Sales teams seems to operate with compensation structure intentionally below the market. Teams are tortured by management, compensation is a joke. No support, processes, moral is so low, it does not exist. The management is very cheap and does not stand up for their employees as they are all afraid, they are not leaders with vision or care.

Poor leadership throughout the organisation. Certain narcissistic "leaders" scheduling company wide-meetings where all they do is talk about themselves telling everyone how great they are and how financially well off they are. Same person constantly telling people they can ask for help but when they do they get called out and publicly humiliated. Other sales leaders telling their sales rep they need to hit their targets without any help whatsoever or any clarity on what or how to sell the product. Certain reps been given accounts that are ready to close that should be for other reps in clear signs of favouritism. Horrible culture.
