Desperate/selfish Sales Leadership

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Lots of other really good folks there. Good software platform

Cons

Sales Leadership is way too desperate to close Sales. Company in coming revenue is a point of calling it quits. Gives away all margin, and cares about no one but themselves hitting his sales teams quota to save his job.

Toxic HR

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Good tech stack, helpful co-workers. Ok benefits. Good work-life balance

Cons

Compensation is so-so. No 401K match. Keeper used to be a good company with positive attitude and tech culture. However lately the HR was given too much power and became too invasive. They monitor your LinkedIn profile, they demand you change it, they pull your consumer reports without you consent (violation of the FCRA act), and hold everything they find there against you. This created a toxic and unhealthy environment that's not motivating at all. They never hesitate to fire you on the spot without any regard to your contributions for the company, no questions asked, no objections taken. Your health coverage would be terminated the same very day. This alone says how much the company "cares" for their employees. Don't be misled by Keeper's responses saying "our employees are the cornerstone of our product, culture, blah blah". They don't mean it a single bit.

Pros

Nice office environment, young culture, trailblazing industry

Cons

Poor business acumen, makes verbal offers and rescinds them without valid reason, no flexibility, CEO does not care about people only cares about money.

We have a positive culture at Keeper and an amazing team, led by our CEO. He has fostered the company’s amazing growth through a doctrine of diversity, positive energy and a culture that is based on trust and respect. We are a cybersecurity company and accordingly, we have a thorough interview process where candidates meet several members of our team. It is unfortunate that you felt it necessary to act out through a written attack on us and our people - all because we didn’t hire you.
