      Pros

      -Well respected in community -Compensation is pretty good -4 weeks PTO -Excellent managing partners (both Tax and Audit)

      Cons

      -Stressful environment -mistakes are always pointed out, but praise is rarely given (any "job well done" is assumed to be within expectation, there is no "above and beyond" credit provided) -It can be like the move, "Office Space", in that you report to many different "bosses" -Severe micro-management
