Little collaboration within IT Function. Every team operates as a mini empire. CIO is amazing, but surrounded by incompetent directors and sr management who don't know how to define a strategy, unite teams, develop and grow a high performing teams, define a project, provide a roadmap, or provide any technical support. Complete chaos and mismanagement of resources and people. Core teams that should work together don't, leading to multiple blockers and lack of delivery progression. Due to everyone being remote, on a teams call, most people don't turn cameras on - feels like you're talking to a black hole most days. Little real connection with people in the company. No company culture. No sense of being heard or seen, No diversity - white older men are everywhere.
