I love working at Keller because the experience you get as an engineer within this company is like no other. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming when you start, and I have had nothing but good encounters with everyone within the company. Could not have wanted anything more in a work environment.

It was a fun work environment , lots of free lunches, non management personnel were very friendly and laid back.

Cons

Lots of promotion promises, nepotism, I put in the work but never got a promotion.
