      Pros

      Pay, WFH, equipment provided nothing else- pay is great too bad there is always a reason for you to not get paid what you actually worked

      Cons

      Too many "managers" of which none should be, no communication or direction, training is nowhere near what the expectations are, very dishonest practice, unfair point systems, everyone is wfh so they all lie and take credit that does not belong

      Kelly used to be a great company - not any longer due to poor Leadership

      Pros

      Mostly great people work there. Great work at home plan. Work locations are very nice. New CEO is a great guy - but clueless on how bad the moral and leadership is.

      Cons

      The company is going through a transition - which would be fine if some of the leadership were not so poorly organized. People all seem to be “rowing” in separate directions. New leadership in some areas are mean spirited, condescending and just rude. Kelly is also tossing out long term employees to save money which may hurt them in the long run due to the amount of experience they have. It seems like Kelly does not listen to the middle level employee but grasp on to whatever new leader is set out to do. This rarely works and just demotivates the teams. It is incredibly sad to see as it used to be a great family spirit company. Not any longer.

      Continuous restructuring. Disconnected leadership.

      Cons

      Continuous restructuring. Inexperienced leadership that just doesn’t get it.
