Pros

I worked for the Company for almost 10 years as operations, put in years of my life and time. I helped the company in many ways, and helped the LOB reach goals for the client. In November of 2021 before Thanksgiving myself and 144 others were invited to a teams meeting. During this meeting the mic's and chat was muted. An employee came on mic to advise all of us in this meeting was being let go "due to downsizing." We got no reasons as to why or any type of possibility of what it might have been. The meeting was ended and my equipment was bricked. If you want to work for a Company that makes you feel like you are valued and that you have job security then look somewhere else. This company doesnt value their employees, there is no bonus structure, and the company would rather keep horrible attendance outliers and get rid of people who actually show up for work. The pay may look and sound good, but its not for you. They also don't grant any PTO time for phone agents even though they ask for in advanced as told by management. Please look somewhere else you have been warned!

Cons

Nothing not worth the time or money

Pros

Location, building, indoor heat, indoor plumbing, water fountain

Cons

I was a help desk analyst at Kelly Services in Troy. There was only 6 positions open but they hired 8 people. The plan was that those that worked well enough would make it so 2 people out of the 8 hired are destined to be fired. Who runs a company like that? Why was there only 6 open spots open but you hire 8 people? You only get a total of 20 minutes for break time. Most other companies give you 30 minutes in an 8 hour shift. You dont always get a lunch break either. You get 3 days of training on the help desk and then are put on the phones. That is nowhere near long enough. Their ticketing system and knowledge base left a lot to be desired. Plus there was little information on who the subject matter experts where when you had a problem that was not in the knowledge base. Plus this company was touting the fact that they got an award from the Detroit free press as one of the best places to work. Who did Kelly Services pay off and how much to get that award? One of the worst work experiences I have ever had. Terrible

Pros

Work from home, casual, most of my direct managers were great. The pay was good for the job in the beginning.

Cons

They recently started a continuity model on the contract I am with. I am being forced to do more and more work with no raises, the training is poor or non-existent. Recently we have been informed that if we fail a knowledge check we can be put on corrective action while also being told we will be taking calls we will not be trained for. We are being set up to fail and underpaid and under trained to take escalations.
