No understanding for employees personal lives. There are very few TL’s and supervisors that actually care but the higher up admin only care about employees getting the chats taken, nothing else. Doctors notes and family emergencies still result in an occurrence, they couldn’t care less.

The culture around the work at home postion with kelly is disgusting. The leadership is rude and unprofessional. You are not a human here. You are treated like you mean absolutely nothing. They change policies without warning and expect you to just know unless you’re written up. The policy for getting time off sucks. No benefits. No sympathy. Its just not a normal nor healthy work environment.
