      Pros

      Good salary, great staff, nice benefits, paid hourly. Offers bonus opportunity and awards ceremony for great staff. I have enjoyed working with Kelly Services

      Cons

      No upward mobility, few training opportunities, 5 year contracts. It would be great to be able to have some sort of career advancement opportunities but that is the nature of contract work.

      Large company with many contracts already in place, good benefits

      Cons

      They were not honest in my interview, I asked direct questions and was told it was ran completely different than it was, waste of time,unorganized, egos, power trips, too much red tape

      Pros

      You can make a decent living while working from home and overtime is frequently offered.

      Cons

      They will fire you even if you are a top performer and state that it is based on "business needs". No warnings or writes up necessary. You are sent to a BlackBoard room for "tech issues" and told you have been terminated.
