Kelly nice Apple bad

Pros

Kelly Services great people to work for Great hours,accomodating.

Cons

Apple is who we did support for and their performance goals are unrealistic to maintain. Bad survey outweighs a good survey 90 fold. You have to get 9 good surveys to erase 1 bad one. Apple knows they have issues but will allow you to tell customer.

Pros

They allow you to get a lot of overtime hours in right after a launch so you have potential to make a whole lot of money. You get the opportunity to work from home which is nice for people that have children or no vehicle or just really don't like to get out much. The pay is a little less than the average call center and that is probably because you're working from home. Your team leads are so hands on and are really there to help you succeed in whatever you want to do.

Cons

No life outside of this job, you are going to work holidays, they will fire you based on performance do to customer surveys

Pros

Great perks of working for a large publicly held company. Great growth opportunities for business development minded people. Large national accounts but small margins.

Cons

Major disconnect from corporate to the branch level. Too many cumbersome systems and procedures to allow people to really be successful. You can get bogged down with too much busy-work and administrative duties. They put all of the workload on the recruiters and don't hire receptionists or admin support even though it is very needed.
