Learned and added skills I did not have in previous positions

Cons

Hostile work enviornments, DFW Area and Territory management are not positive they lack Clear vision and purpose, Strategic thinking,Passion, Competence (intellectual and emotional) Openness and risk-taking, Collaboration,Accountability, admitting mistakes and learning from them, Leading by example Interpersonal and communication skills if you are a mediocre employee you are rewarded, could be a great company to work for but management tends to focus on non revenue producing activities and negativities

Pros

Work at home. Training on iOS and Mac OSX.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits, no sick days, no vacation days, hard to even take an unpaid day off unless the call volume is low and then you will be forced to take unpaid days off. You will never get a raise, ever, unless you join the management team in which case you will see less pay for 6 months until the meager raises and bonuses are fully implemented.
