Pros

- Your hourly compensation is at least fair for certain work - You have some choice in what company to work for

Cons

- They are very unreasonable and uncaring: It is almost definite you will be terminated for even the slightest slip up without as much as a hint until the decision is made - They blindly do whatever they are told by their contractors: If a manager of one of Kelly Services contractor companies calls in about a problem with one of their workers, Kelly won't even ask for, or need, a reason to terminate that worker, making it very hard to take them seriously, even as a temp. agency. - You can't achieve any wage increases, you can't receive full-time benefits, and you gain nothing from putting more effort in your work - They never plan ahead, telling you frequently, and at random, that work at your job is too slow to need your help at that time - If you're not currently working at one of their contractors they will call you on the phone at random, sometimes with just a day's or couple hours notice if you can come into work at a job

Pros

They can't keep the promised schedule and pay on the offer. Abuse you to the most and dump you with no reason or warning. You are just a slave to use to make their client-Language Line Services-happy. Zero star if I can.

Cons

Bad at communication. Just a simple question, can't find a direct person to help. All communications are via emails. This company is full of corruption and bullies.

Pros

Working from home, and they were understanding when I had Covid.

Cons

Eight different team leads in six years - only three were good at being leaders, and providing constructive feedback. Manger denialism. No matter how abusive the customers are, many team leads and managers will still act like everything is wonderful. They want you to practice empathy all day, but some have none to give themselves. If you don't move up to a managerial position, they will only allow you to do so many T2 roles before they start to send you nothing but angry escalated callers in the lines of business you are skilled for, even if you are ready and willing to learn more. Ineffective training for both Applecare and Apple Pay T2 lines of business. They didn't have enough time to teach the material effectively. The job is very mentally and emotionally demanding at the T2 level.
