Pros

Freedom to come up with new ideas and make impactful decisions. Colleagues are highly qualified and often experts in their field which makes you raise your game. You are judged by results and are given all the tools to do the job. There is excellent work/life balance.

Cons

The team is quite dispersed around Europe which makes for a complex structure that takes some time getting used to.

Very poor salary, as much as 50% less that the competition Very reluctant to increase pay despite increasing workloads/responsibilities I was already doing work far beyond my role yet they still resisted paying me for it until I said I'd go elsewhere, even then they increased in marginally and nowhere near what was appropriate
