Greatest Company I've Worked For

Pros

Talk about a place that is totally focused on their employees. From the moment you start you can tell that everything in place is set for you to do your best and to advance as much as possible. Also the environment is enjoyable for anyone since the team is a very fun and friendly group if individuals.

Cons

Cant think of a bad thing to say :)

Life at Kemp Technologies

Pros

The people and atmosphere at Kemp technologies make it one the best work environments I have ever been a part of. There are also opportunities for movement within the company which is a plus. Health care benefits are great and very affordable.

Cons

On the job training is lacking, with the different applications that are officially supported by the Kemp Loadbalancer it is disappointing that there is not much training provided by Kemp on these various applications. Pay is not bad but with the amount of knowledge required for the position it could certainly be better.
