Pros
Hands down the best company I have every worked with, I have been here about 4 1/2 years. It is truly a fun place to work, we all work closely with everyone sharing information and helping each other succeed. Management is always open to new ideas and also offing in house training. Support is a fast paced job but has a low stress level. I would recommend Kemp to anyone who wants a great company with awesome people.
Cons
Every job has some cons however the only one that comes to mind is salary of course we all want more money and here salaries are a bit on the lower end. The company does offer ways to add to your base pay with incentives so you can make a more however the base pay should be a bit higher for a technical position.
