Pros
None , it is literally a dead end job with no room for advancement unless you kiss up to management or your a man since it seems they will promote any man that comes in even if they are lazy or incompetent.
Cons
Everything is wrong with this company. They over work you, lie to you about pay increases they will tell you there is no money for raises but later you find out only “Certain Employees” were given pay increases mainly the employees who kiss up to management.
