      Pros

      Good location. Convenient parking. A nice area with lots of options for lunch.

      Cons

      Very heavy workload, unreasonable expectations. Very little overtime approved, yet managment expected you to work overtime on your own time. No raises for anyone for two years.

      Pros

      There is opportunity for advancement and really loved the structure of the Product department. As I was leaving, changes were being made but it seemed to work well and flow fairly smoothly. Loved my regional counterparts and my immediate team.

      Cons

      Was promoted and not compensated within the same year, they phased me into new pay. Manager was awful at communication and often found that I was working on cancelled projects yet other teams were run completely differently.
