We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Right now in our industry there is quite simply a shortage for good technicians. We are actively building programs to recruit and retain great talent. It is unfortunate that this employee feels like growth was not available. That is simply not the case in most dealerships. Technicians are paid on a flag rate.
