      Pros

      There are unfortunately none...not one...an awful experience.

      Cons

      Inexperienced out of touch management. Micro you to death while detached and incompetent. Toxic work environment and they steal every last dollar from you paycheck that you let them. Less than minimum wage. Constant harassment...mgmt and senior mgmt are beyond out of touch. They force clients to pay for extras they don't want. Customers constantly walk out...laughable.

      Pros

      Good processes in place for stores to operate by, good tools and reporting for employees, Corporate really cares about customers and giving them a good experience.

      Cons

      Senior leadership (CEO and market execs) in the corporate office are detached from whats actually happening at the store level. If you're working in a store your results will vary depending on your GM and GSM. Corporate likes to play musical GM's a lot so that might change at any moment. Expect extremely high turn over in all stores and extremely low hiring standards and lack of resources for recruiting quality people. Benefits are poor... family health insurance is north of $500, poor 401k matching, no 401k for first year, little PTO offered.
