Pros

Clients, co workers, and the Director in the division tries very hard to be fair and give opportunity. Good benefits and PTO time.

Cons

When the nee CEO Marian Baldini came on board she completely restructured the agency. We lost good people who had worked with the same clients for decades. Everything is unorganized now and the quality of care is at an all time low, along with the moral of the agency. Multiple jobs have been eliminated from the top down. The job is not secure like it used to be. Kencrest would rather hire incompetent people from the outside. Everything is based on a behavioral assessment called the Predictive Index that is given during the hiring process. All this has done is allow for a flood of arrogant scattered managers to come on board with poor follow through. The Excutive Directors have failed the clients and the employees during this process. Don't count on ever getting a raise either. Welcome to Nonprofit.

Pros

Laid back work environment, pto hours are decent, they don't fire anyone!(which is also a con for the clients and good employees)

Cons

NO raises. Company's values have declined in past year. Little flexibility with schedule. New management is not concerned with care of the clients.

Pros

Great place to work at. Supportive co-workers, the work is rewarding and the company is honestly concerned about its employees and clients.

Cons

Like all companies that provide social services the pay is low and the overall compensation rarely matches the amount of work or the responsibilities.
